Viola! Although the camera didn't give the artist justice, you will see our happy family drawn on a 2 ft section of Jake's closet door, names and all. The taped piece is apparently his original artwork which he used as reference. Mike and I are on the right, just a bit fainter thanks to Clorox Magic Eraser. As we wiped down the door, Afton kept saying "Oh mommy, don't erase my leg." etc. It took about 45 minutes of scrubbing and you wouldn't know what beauty the door previously had. You may, however, notice that my right arm is a bit stronger.

You are so lucky to have such gifted and crafty children. : )
That will make a great scrapbook page and will be revenge for them one day. :o)
Some people might have paid good money for that closet door at an art gallery. Too bad it's gone.
I had a similar experience when Donovan was 2 with a red permanent marker in a new house of only 6 months. Ah, don't we love the budding artists in our lives! Scissors gone, markers gone, what's next?
Love the art project! Did you read Ami's art adventure on my blog yet?? I sympathize with ya!! Miaa ya!
