Digging - it's what we do for exercise in Wyoming! I shoveled for about 2 weeks straight.
I got to dig 3 ft down, using previous phone pictures to triangulate the spot of 5 pipes so we didn't accidentally hit them with the snowblower.
Our method got more evolved with sleds (above) and the snowblower method (below).
And then I found out the electric company needed space for a bigger generator and of course that was covered in a few more feet of snow so I got to dig some more!
So much digging that even the moose came to supervise.
Once it warmed up a bit, we tried to divide the iceberg up method. This resulted in more dangerous ice the next morning, although the kids would've been happy with an ice skating rink.
DONE!
